Delivery

We offer same day dispatch for all orders received before 11am (Monday-Friday) ensuring that we expedite the process for you receiving your medical ID. Any orders received over the weekend are processed ready for dispatch on the following Monday.

Christmas Deliveries / Open Hours

We are closed over the festive break from the 22nd-28th December.

All postage will be reflected with this, Special Deliveries ordered over the festive period will be due to be delivered on the 29th December, Express between 29th-30th December and Standard 30th December-4th January.

Royal Mail Strikes

Please note that there have Royal Mail strikes which have resulted in delays to deliveries. The upcoming strikes are on the 23rd and 24th December 2022. These delays are out of our control, so we advise you to order as early as possible to avoid any disappointment.

Whilst we ensure a quick dispatch service we unfortunately can't always predict any delays once your parcel leaves our store. We will however work with you, and all our customers to check tracking and updates with the couriers we use including Royal Mail, DHL and international services like USPS, Australia Post and Canada Post.
